Chuck Lanham Sr and his wife Fran are the founders of Lanham Window Company. Chuck Sr was awarded 2 Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart after being hit by a grenade in Vietnam. His ‘Old School-no nonsense’ attitude is the result from his time in the Army. He believes that if you pay for a product or service you should not have to argue with that vendor for service regardless of circumstances. We congratulate and thank him for his guidance and leadership from 1974 thru his retirement in 2011.
Chuck Lanham Jr. grew up learning the business alongside his father, beginning at just 10 years old. He proudly served two years in the U.S. Army, stationed in Berlin, Germany, before returning home to work full-time with his parents. Chuck spent over 11 years as an installer before transitioning into sales in 1998, bringing invaluable hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge to every customer he served. Chuck is married to his wife, Michelle, and together they have two beautiful daughters, Baylee and Keely – one a Texas Tech graduate and the other currently attending Texas Tech as a nursing student. We are incredibly grateful for Chuck’s many years of dedication, leadership, and guidance.
Hayden joined our team in 2015 after attending Tarleton State University and marrying his wife, Kayla, the granddaughter of Chuck Lanham Sr. Together they have two beautiful daughters, Maci and Riley. Hayden began his career with us as an installer and moved into sales after three years, giving him a strong hands-on understanding of how our products are installed. That experience helped make him our top salesman and a trusted expert for customers. We are proud of Hayden for leading with experience, integrity, and a deep knowledge of every aspect of our work.
Melissa Lanham grew up learning the family business alongside her father, helping out at jobsites and passing out flyers from a young age. She was called to education and proudly served as an educator for 28 years before retiring. Melissa has now officially joined Lanham Window Company full time, bringing her dedication, organization, and people-first approach to the team. She is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters, Kayla and Sarah, and a loving grandmother to three wonderful grandchildren.
Jackie has been with Lanham Window Company since January 2008, and is the person in charge of scheduling the jobs for installation. She is also one of the happy voices answering the phone when you call into our store Monday through Friday. She takes good care of keeping all of us out of trouble with her superior organization skills and we are all proud to have her on our team. She uses her extraordinary organizational skills at home as well since she is the mother of 4 boys. Bless her heart!
David Krause has been an installer with Lanham Window Company since April 2008. David, and his wife Georgia, live in Azle. David volunteers his time as a Scout Master for a local Boy Scout Troop and actually thinks that camping in a tent is the best 2nd home a family could have. You will never meet a man that smiles more than David. He is the happiest Lanham Window Company employee.
Nick has been an installer with Lanham Window Company since April 2007. He is usually the first to arrive at the store in the morning. If you ever need a last minute service, Nick is sure to agree to help you out. It is obvious that he really enjoys his job, and customers call every week to compliment Nick on his politeness and how personable he is.
Willie came to us with a lot of window installation experience back in 2019. He is one of the guys that does not like to take time off to eat or breaks. We are not sure if there has ever been a harder worker than Willie at our store. His work ethic is second to nobody. He is one of the first to arrive and the last to leave at the end of the day. He, and his sweet wife Marilyn, are proud grandparents and attend church regularly.
Izaiah joined our family in 2023 and has been an outstanding part of our team ever since. A devoted family man, he enjoys spending his free time with Perla and his son. Known for being a great caulker, Izaiah takes great pride in the quality and precision of his work. His polite, respectful nature and strong work ethic make him a great team member!
Justin joined our family at the beginning of 2023 bringing 10 years of experience with him. He has proven himself to do quality work. We are proud to have him on our team.
Ethan joined our family in 2025 and brings positive energy to everything he does. He enjoys spreading good vibes and making people smile, believing that life is too short not to share joy. Music is his go-to, and he values its power to uplift and connect people. Along with his upbeat personality, Ethan is dependable and committed, making him a great addition to our team.
Omar began working with us in 2021 and has consistently delivered high-quality workmanship. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right make him a valuable part of our installation team.
