Lanham Window Company will:

• Measure & custom build new vinyl windows
• Remove old windows & install custom built vinyl windows
• Caulk in & out
• Haul away old windows
• Two year material and workmanship warranty -- Lifetime manufacturer's warranty

Lanham will not:

• Wash windows
• Trim bushes as may be required to access windows on outside of home
• Remove or replace window treatments
• Move any furniture to access window from inside
• Vacuum floors -- except for broken glass
• Reconnect burglar alarms
• Replace wood of any kind
• Extra labor for above listed @ $50.00 per hour per man. Material will be extra.
