Dear Chuck,
When my wife, Jill, and I began the research to replace the builders’ grade windows in our 3-year –old home, we had no idea what lay ahead. We soon get the equivalent of a Ph.D. in Windowology! We learned that there are very large companies, very small companies and then yours … the one that was just right in size for our needs. You cannot know what a relief it was to meet you and to learn that you took an interest in every sale and project.
We have now had our new windows in for almost a month and we could tell the difference immediately. The quietness of our home when we wake up is wonderful. We have quickly learned that the thermostat does not need to be turned up or down due to the heat and cooling loss anymore. The clarity and cleanness of the finished product exceeded our expectations.
With all that said, Chuck, I want to comment on the greatest asset you and Lanham Window Company brought to our home: your personnel. In all the projects we have done over the years, we have never encountered a staff, from the ladies who answer the telephones to the gentlemen who spent several days in and around our home, who immediately won our respect and trust. We do not give a key to our home to anyone without those two ingredients. Your business is in good hands with the caliber of men and women in your employ.
